Boys and Girls Cross Country Sweep Oak Hill Invite

The boys and girls cross country teams sweeped the Oak Hill Invitational on Tuesday. The girls won with over Tipton with 67 and Mississinewa with 80. Elwood, Carroll, and Alexandria rounded out the top 6. The boys won with 21 points followed by Mississinewa (101) and Southern Wells (110). Tipton, Jay County and Peru rounded out the top 6 on the boys side.

The girls were led by overall champion Mollie Gamble with a time of 20:41. Savannah Hart was second (22:23), Camille Taylor third (22:33), Ireland Dodson eighth (24:04), Kate Kabel 13th (25:19), and Maggie Austin 18th (26:17).

The boys were led by 2nd place Tahj Johnson (18:06), 3rd place Raffi Fry (18:18), 4th place Silas Vermilya (18:28), 5th place Julian Garcia (18:33), 7th place Colin Harts (18:47), 10th place Dillon Mitchell (19:18), and 13th Macallister Cheek (20:00).
