Clinton Prairie scored twice in the third and fourth innings then put a four-spot up in the fifth to break open a 5-4 game against visiting Oak Hill on Wednesday in game shortened to six innings by darkness.

The Eagles trailed 5-1 entering the fifth before freshman Evan Pearce sparked a three-run rally with a two-run homer in his first varsity game. Pearce also added a single. Gerrod Creech and Nate Alston each went 2-for-3 for Oak Hill. Creech had two RBIs and a stolen base while Alston had a double.
