Meet #3 in 5 days plays a heavy toll on ones mind and body. These girls
still yet, performed quite well despite our lack of practice and rest! Oak
Hill lost to Pendleton Heights tonight (11/14) Oak Hill 81- Pendleton
Heights 105. Last year the score was quite different; Pendleton Heights
130- Oak Hill 56. Pendleton Heights much like Hamilton Heights will be a
tough competitor for Oak Hill for years to come. We get Thursday and Friday
off for some much needed practice and then we are back into race pace
Saturday at Greenfield Centrals Turkey Breast Invitational where we will be
up against Greenfield Central, Indian Creek, and Bishop Chatard.

We had lots of 1st’s and 2nd’s however winning a meet requires 3rd’s and
4th’s as well. Everyone is important on this team and plays an important
role in our success. Many of these races were nail biters for sure but we
were able to keep our heads down and finish strong into the wall everytime!
We had 10+ Personal Bests this meet which I think says a lot on these girls
determination to win despite such little time for practice and rest!
